Ramsey: If the nikkei puts together two 1000 points back to back (Thursday night and tonight), I may have to dust off my "BEAR NOW" scenario. The Japanese are ill equipped to handle fast moving markets like that, it will take them until the end of the week to understand what the market is saying about the tepid tax cuts delivered last week, by then the Nikkei will be under 14,000 and the bank will have to liquidate portofolio "en mass, ralidly getting to a new 10 year low (12000 or so?). That is going to shake the little steadiness the rest of the Asian markets had and bring my late January through March big bear move to right now. This thing needs watching. Zeev
