Hope you are going to go back and file a correction to the 8K. This Mims prior involvment with Darlington sure confused a lot of people.

JTO, here is a question for you.

How does BNGO management enforces (or plans to inforce) the SC gaming laws? $125 win per mashine? $50 loss per person? Given all the uncertainty with the political environment, this is VERY important question. The thread discusses it for a while now. If BNGO cannot guarantee that it obeys the law, it will not get many new supporters in the market place, no matter how good the rest of the fundamentals are. We (I think I express opinion of more people than just myself) hope to see this issue addressed in the Q&A session or in any other way that the company lawers will find proper.

Musya.

JTO,

I am quickly becoming unamused at the Governor's statements and the political posturing going on in SC. This continued attack will continue to cause small erosions in the stock price or at the very least a stagnant stock price.

I am assuming that the company is doing what they think is best with respect to the situation. I know that they are in daily contact with legislators and keeping a close hand in the situation from that standpoint. However, while they are doing that the other politicians are waging a public war on VGMs. I believe the company needs to put out some advertising, positive press in SC as to the VGM industry. They should highlight things they are doing to make the industry more responsible and accountable to the concerns of the politicians. This continued attack without proper counter attacks in the form of solid concrete information is, IMO, just plain stupid.

Maybe they need to hire some of the PR firms that have solid experience promoting Indian gaming. Clearly in many states this has taken a strong foot-hold and is, at least in Wisconsin, not under attack for all of the negative stuff that could be associated with it. Instead the word is that they provide jobs, money for schools and other things. It is a postive message and generates a positive image.

The company is falling short right now. Not giving up the ship, but just wanted to make this point clear.

My opinion only.

GO PACK GO!

-Scott

JTO: Here is a question for your next website Q&A. Does American Bingo & Gaming still consider bingo as its core business and the focus of future activities or has the company changed its philosophy so that the gaming business (such as VGM's) are now the primary focus of the company's future activities?

I look forward to your reply and an update of your website Q&A section in the near future.
