Art, I think you're right! But it was the OLD management of CVIA that made a deal with Select Capital last spring. That contributed to CVIA's problems.

Of course, there were other things as well that compounded the problems and I think the OLD management handled things very poorly!!

As I mentioned before, I have followed CVIA for about 3 years. If it weren't for Jack Arnold picking up the pieces last August, I don't think there would even be a company. I really admire what he has done!!

I refer to Jack Arnold as the NEW Management and believe me, the difference is like night and day! One time when I called CVIA several months ago, I talked to Jack about Select Capital. He told me that the association between CVIA and Select has been severed. He really had nothing good to say about them at all. He was simply focused on rebuilding the company and doing whatever it takes to accomplish that.

In talking to him, I got a sense of solid determination. And thus far, I have been pleased and impressed with what he has done. I'm excited about the prospects. Just my opinions, of course. Time will tell.

Best wishes,
Brad

Hello! Art,

My guess is that the reason that you got the busy signal is that there were probably several other CVIA shareholders doing the same thing! I did notice that another CVIA shareholder mentioned that they got their fax to go through today!

As far as the company that you mentioned, it may very well be the case that the former CVIA Management ( that is no longer around!) had worked with this company to raise financing!

I don't want to comment on it one way or the other, because I am not privey to the details! But my guess would be that with Jack Arnold at the helm, that the chances of this company you mentioned having anything to do in the future with CVIA, is probably very remote!

I think that Jack Arnold has taken a lot of first hand learning, into the merger discussions, and I think that he has had to get right back to the grass roots level in efforts to give us a chance at emerging this shell into a solid, profitable business!

I will keep my opinion to myself about the company you mentioned!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
