What kind of progress do you think they will make under this agreement? As to Russia and China, are you imagining that they will give Iran weapons or nuclear technology? Funny you should mention them, BTW. They imposed sanctions on Iran in the wake of proving they were enriching uranium earlier. You know, part of the "nothing happened as a consequence" you were claiming earlier? You do remember that, don't you? I can provide a link if you don't.... Face it. All you have is fear-mongering and no facts.
