MDU Resources Group Inc. (MDU) - peeled off 50% of shares for 11% gain Trinity Industries Inc. (TRN) - filled on 50% add @ $17.20/share MDU may have to sell and/or Buy out JV interest in CLMT refiner. It's been a losing proposition for both companies but may/could be had at a bargain price if they buy out CLMT. Market may see sale as a negative, so decided to sell my high priced shares bought 7/2015 @ $18.68/share. (FWIW looking at discounted CLMT bonds goo.gl that may/could get back to PAR if/when CLMT does some asset sales). Their 3.5% is not that attractive either. Will take proceeds to find something else in a different sector that provides a better dividend and maybe a growth kicker. Got my fill on Trinity Industries Inc. (TRN). GN valuation is $25.00/share so 45% undervalued according to that metric. EKS
