YES...I mean like NOW... Obama can't do anything with Congress. He doesn't even know how to talk to Congress. He got the ACA through but that was ONLY because he had Democrat Majorities in both houses. He'll BARELY be able to get this Iran deal through and that's only because he's still got over 1/3 of legislators to support him. If the Democrats IMPLODE in this next election and the Republicans take over then EVERYTHING he's done will disappear.
