..we lost because there was no way to win

..they were simply business propositions with no legitimate end game

..unless one counts making billions, like the Bush/Cheney operation

..hard to say they weren't winners on that basis

To the extent we lost Iraq and Afghanistan it was because we elected a community organizer in 2008. They were hard fought but need not have been lost.

But the truth is our country doesn't know how to fight a war anymore. We believe we have to be sensitive about it instead of blowing the enemy up.
