Oppps- Sorry Thar- the News got this one mixed up with a company called Pioneer Natural Resources and not Pioneer Oil- I called and talked to Don Colton at Piol to conferm this information and he said they were trying to get corrections out. Piol filed a chapter 11 to protect it's assets after a law suit over enviromental clean up on some Calif property. The three Companies envolved in the clean up are all trying to work an aggreement and hopefully this will alowing Piol to proceeed out of Chapter 11- Piol has several possible plays including the Maveric in Nevada.I am not making any recomendations only trying to keep things clear.
