Rather than argue with you over whether you answered my question or not, I'll bring up this post of yours as kind of an answer to my question: Message 30202813 I think all nuclear materials should be monitored by the IAEA. I don't trust anyone with them. OK, but what happens when these nuclear materials and technology goes outside the boundaries of monitoring? No big deal, we're America, we can easily deal with it? Saying you don't trust anyone with nuclear materials means nothing if you're not actually serious about curtailing its procurement. Tenchusatsu
