I think all nuclear materials should be monitored by the IAEA. I don't trust anyone with them.
OK, but what happens when these nuclear materials and technology goes outside the boundaries of monitoring? No big deal, we're America, we can easily deal with it?

Saying you don't trust anyone with nuclear materials means nothing if you're not actually serious about curtailing its procurement.
