And there's the problem. Some nutjobs will deem it to be 'crazy' to respond. And it will depend on who is president and how weak they are as to whether the problem can be solved at all. Barack Obama has made a terrible mess any way you look at it.

OK, but what happens when these nuclear materials and technology goes outside the boundaries of monitoring? How do you see that happening? I mean, realistically. I keep telling you.
