~2 -million /5,000 lines = $400/line. That should last for the duration of the Bell Atlantic contract.

You need to start indicating that Westell's FISCAL 1998 year ends in 3 months. Westell will claim a loss of ~$.44 for it's FISCAL 1998 year ending March 31st, 1998. Westell's FISCAL year 1999 starting on April 1st, 1998 will be profitable... until later.
