Dale,

The best answer to that is yes.
It does seem like MSFT needs DGSD for now, and letting them go out of business was not in their plans. The 1 for 5 will reduce the number of shares outstanding, and maybe DGSD can actually make money off the voice processing equiptment finally next year.
