Nothing wrong with the government doing lots of things, as long as dropping bombs isn't one of them.

Maybe that's cuz you think people can drink black balls instead of the 300M gallons of water which would have evaporated without them. Like I said, water will get you thru times of no money better than money will get you thru times of no water.
