Flan, I talked to the Chief Financial Officer at GW today and insiders did not sell 91 million shares. This wrong information is part of why this sector is so down. GW according to SEC regulations, registered a shelf registration of the shares that they placed privately to buy Grey Wolf Drilling and other drillers. There was no sale of 91 million shares by insiders. Contact Scott O'Keefe at Grey Wolf and you will see that you have put erroneous information on this thread. Jim.
