Excellent point, Dale. That's what we're talking about here. Margolese, the wunderkid, can't even produce a single authority to support CD Radio's technology. So, everything Margolese says is definitely biased. I can't blame him, but I definitely would have tried to refute CEMA's findings with an independent, authoratitive voice..no doubt. At the very least, he should have explained in more technical detail why he believes CD Radio's technology will work. His land-based tests prove nothing. There's a fundamental difference between land and space communications. If not, we would have been transmitting phone calls via satellite a long time ago. Moreover, CDRD's land-based tests are outdated, having been conducted in 1993 and 1994...what?? you mean technology doesn't change in 4 years?? Hard to believe no other tests were performed. And why couldn't CD Radio conduct simulations similar to those done by CEMA?? Because CDRD knows that these simulations will provide hard evidence against their technology.
