NY state can't even get their state to obey their "Safe Act" gun legislation passed a few years back. Most of the counties are refusing to enforce it ..... ditto the state police. Even Shep's county is an outlaw county.

A couple of years ago a town in Colorado passed a law allowing the cops to enter any home where a gun had been licensed in order to ensure it had been stored in a locked case according to local regulations. Things got ugly.
