Not good; this is just the universe playing another cruel joke on Rat. Probably. But I am moving away from "not a snowball's chance" to "you know, if the stars align just right"... The US has one of the lowest participation rate for elections in the world. Something like 97th. Getting a fraction of those into voting booths could make all of the difference in the world. But I don't see it happening. The discontent has not been open enough, long enough.
