Well, no 8-K's filed in over 2 months now. This has to be good news, right? That means that so far AGTI has given away no more shares than last quarter, at least to most of our knowledge. Maybe this is the sign of the new management that our "pal" Jerome has been looking for. Although I am sure it isn't, so why did I mention it.

Now, time for your contrarian post Jerome.
