Where is everyone? Has everyone left for the holidays? Volume is very light this morning. I guess we won't hear anything today. Anyone else have a clue?

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Dusty,
In answer to questions you posed- keep in mind I am only making a speculation based on the way I've seen mergers like this play
out in the past. The share count will be reduced by multiplying
outstanding shares by a conversion ratio. I'm expecting that to be
.01 or lower. The companies merging with cvia are doing so to gain
access to the capital markets- they want to be public companies and
take advantage of all that entails- but I would not expect a profitable company to accept one share of cvia for one share of it's
own. Thus the conversion ratio.
Interestingly, we still do not know exactly what's going on here.
Western Oil is not the company with 3.5 million in gross earnings so what are they bringing to the table? Who is the third part of the tri-lateral letter of intent? How do they plan to pay for the aquisitions they are talking about? This news is unclear and that may be why we are not seeing an uptick today, regards,p.b.
