She has autonomy over her body up to the point where a new Human Being enters the picture. At that point she acquires a moral obligation to protect and nourish that new Life. If you didn't support late term abortions then you would call for them to be banned without exception instead of making excuses for killing children with Downs Syndrome before it's too late and they gain legal protection.
