The answer to "why" is that you were certain Hillary was going be anointed and she has turned out to be a criminal who just short of being cast aside. At the same time, Sanders, an obvious nutjob and idiot, has drawn dedicated support in the polls but can't win a general election. So, now, you're rolling out Biden who has failed to get even support within the party multiple times in the past.

You're in your fantasy world again. Its what gets you very confused.
