I had quite a few limit orders open in selected stocks, but those either did not have whacky trades or I did not get fills.

If you didn't get fills, it means the stock didn't trade below your limit, right?

Yeah, I look at PSEC traded down to $5.30. But I bet if you put a bid in to buy 1,000 shares of PSEC at $5.80 before the open, I'll bet the low of the day would have been $5.81.
