Most Dell computers have that as well. I didn't see anything in the manual in relation to boot option hot key on startup. Perhaps this BIOS does not have one. Have you just tried to hit F12 on boot to see if it works? I've have seen some 'hidden' hotkeys in software ('we' did it :) ) before for development/testing. A lot of time they are left behind and just not documented for the enduser/public.
