BINGO... Hopefully you are starting to see why I feel the CLEC's better start working with Bell Atlantic. Bell Atlantic will ONLY offer it's ADSL service with the Digital Loop Carrier solution. To make matters worse for the CLEC's, BA wants to limit CAP ONLY on their network. For those CLEC's that want national access to the unbundled loop, they better select an ADSL vendor that supports both line codes....ala GTE CLEC and Westell... until later.
