Andrew, Topper99, if the stock price goes up very quickly as some on this board keep suggesting, then the effect of buying warrants would be to leverage additional stock value. The nearer we get to closing 20 days at or above 6 3/8 the nearer the warrants should track $3.50 below the stock price. Topper99 is right that after the warrants are called, the warrants and stock price usually drop. So BOTH the warrants AND the stock are risky during that time. You have to look beyond the conversion period to see the true value for either, for it is the future value that appears to be great. Trades in the near term are just the passports to get there.
