Btw, I read that article. Not that I'm complaining, but doesn't the title of it mislead, in regards to Apricus?

There is no BIG FDA decision in regards to RayVa - is there? Other than maybe allow or not allow a Phase 2B on it? Further, is there confirmation of that decision happening in September? And if there is, would that be considered BIG? Maybe for us it is ( current Apricus Shareholders ).

As far as I knew - the results of the Phase 2A on RayVa were going to made public in September. Not that it's a small thing for Apricus. But I didn't know of a pending BIG FDA decision that was going to be made in September.
