Yes, I have a long held belief that gold and mining shares will be the trade of the decade ( this decade !LOL) but I and many other underestimated how effective the banks would be at suppressing the price of gold. The weakness in global markets will hit the US markets and at some level I expect the FED to come to the " rescue" with QE 4 and maybe this time gold will be able to rally in spite of the suppression efforts.
