Do not have a cow. These were the insiders that sold on the secondary offering last month. It was all disclosed in the prospectus as far back as early October. These are not new insider sales. Given the fundamentals of the business heading into 1998 with near full utilization and rising dayrates in the Gulf Coast and South Texas, I would not be worried. Close your eyes and open them in one year and you will see a $15-20 stock. The problem with day trading is you miss the big picture and make your broker rich in the meantime.
