tonto, There appears to be lots of smoke and no fire. There is no evidence that she transferred classified information from a secure site onto a non-secure site. There is no evidence that documents marked classified at the time were transferred onto her server. Bottom line: A mistake in judgment but no crime.

Tonto

Just reviewed the article about Clinton mails------more keeps coming.
According to the article posted-----------
One of the emails that sparked the FBI probe was sent in April 2011 from Clinton aide Huma Abedin and covered intelligence from three agencies, Fox News first reported. Other emails that contained classified information came from diplomats with confidential material, according to the AP.

My question now is what was happening in the USA and worldwide at that time in April 2011 to prompt the to get the attention of the FBI that could have caused the e-mail as described.

And, what information was being exchanged between Hillary's assistent, Abjedin and herself.

Were any copied to a third party?

Just an idle thought

If the material that we know is classified now, but wasn't at the time....if such a thing exists, she is still responsible for having it on a non-secure server. It amounts to the same problem.
