150 emails are now classified because it has been determined they contain confidential information. Hillary et al must now assert they did not know the information was confidential in those 150 instances. They know the rules about sharing confidential information and that confidential information should be classified. They can do that because we can not prove how smart they are in this context. In other words, they have to convince everyone they are that dumb. People will not be convinced but to prove otherwise is almost impossible.
