Again with the word games. Did Hillary know the information in her 150 emails was confidential before the Government declared it classified? Wrong question. She knew that the State Department didn't consider it classified. She couldn't have known another department would have a different opinion in the future without a time machine. But, you are correct. If she was in possession or otherwise had access to a time machne, she should have used it...
