If there's a theocratic threat where does it come from?

CO recently fined a bakery over refusal of a SSM wedding cake job. And some of Denver's city councilmen are trying to prevent ChickFilA from serving the Denver airport because it's CEO once expressed the opinion in an interview that marriage was for one man and one woman.

I can't even imagine a religious American city trying to ban a business because it's CEO approves of SSM. Nor can I imagine a religious American state fining a business for baking a SSM wedding cake. So I ask who is it that's really trying to use government power to enforce their moral views on the rest of society? I think that would be LIBERALS.
