Lisa~Re: cookies. Yes, you can still enter if you do not accept them. It's just an annoying distraction.

Here's the sequence required to investigate:

Netscape > Edit > Preferences > Advanced (select this category) > Cookies (change preference to 'Warn me before accepting a cookie' instead of default: 'Accept all cookies'.

Next, to see how you've already been loaded up:

Start > Program > Windows Explorer > C: > [Directory for your ISP, whatever it is] > Bin > Cookies (select this icon from expanded Bin choices) > (MIGHT have to choose an application to view the contents, such as NotePad, WordPad, Acrobat, Write, etc.)

This will show you the Netscape 'Cookie File', along with a warning: 'Do Not Edit/ This is a generated file'. You bet! That always tells me something fishy is going on, and I usually end up crashing something that takes me a week to repair.

That's the full extent of my knowledge about cookies. Hope it's helpful. Again, maybe we can get Stan interested in investigating the dark side of cookies....
