I added a little to stocks at 1 year lows. +SBRA and +HCP. I was even YTD, now down 2%. no big deal. NYSE down 8.9% YTD. My div yield is 5.5% of total assets. allocation = pref stocks 33%, reits 50%, utilities 5%, cash 3%, regular stocks 9%. i am a wimp.
