USA has big problems ahead. Look at our pvt debt and public debt to GDP. We also elected incompetent leadership who sold us out to Wall Street and have no original ideas and no idea of what is about to hit their boat

Agreed. It ain't looking good down on the ground. I see so many honest hard working people struggling today with ZIRP and $2 gas prices. Never have I been more pessimistic about our future. Changed my strategy slightly as am going to start selling the RE before this cycle ends and hope to be mostly out in 4-5 years BTW. Too much out of control gov't and tenant pool is far, far shakier than it was 15 years ago. Is quite amazing most all the overbuilding now is high end which we don't need more of.. Party a few more years like it is 1999 or 2005?
