Part of security for the various government offices----are procedures for checking in and out You leave your work in a secure area that you work in accordance with specific procedures. That applies up and down the chain of command. Work stays at work and does not come home with the worker. Hillary is no different----as Secretary of State, she was a 'Government employee expected to follow protocols in security by those to whom she reported and by the American Citizens who paid her salary.
