Kenneth, I am not arguing law. I have my personal doubts that this will lead to criminal charges. It certainly could, but I doubt that our system will pursue that outcome.

This is a political thread and this is a good place to post opinions. The facts will play out on their own and I am fine letting that happen.

tonto, those are good political arguments but they would fall flat in a court of law.
