Kenneth, the Feds are still investigating. They will or will not file charges after the investigation is completed. All we know now is that there is an investigation, and I believe because of who she is there is great pressure to not file charges, even if they could. She is not only a career politician, but also the wife of a former President. How would that look? Everyone will be very careful and there are so many possibilities...this is not one to bet on...

The matter is under investigation. That is what we do when we think something is wrong. It would have been over a long time ago if Hillary had turned over her emails, instead of selectively printing some for the State Department and "wiping" the server clean.

The problem is that you believe that behavior is okay. That shows how ignorant you are of the law in this matter. Everything is partisan to you. You must feel just like another brick in a wall.

Hillary claimed she wasn't under subpoena for the emails....yet she was. Does that bother you at all?
