His rise in popularity is only because he tries to keep quiet. But, sooner or later, he is going to have to talk and people will notice the crazy.... This of course is subject to the distinction of a primary vs a general election. When/if he says crap like "obamacare is the worst thing since slavery", the "base", conditioned as it has been for years by a nihilistic GOP apparatus, rejoices and feels vindicated...but romney, who said crazy shit last time round, but not nearly as crazy as some of the crap this new bunch of lunatics is saying now, learned a hard lesson in "etch and sketch" tactics...
