I really did not have much opinion regarding the Custom Manufacturing division. I believe the CM division is more profitable and probably is better of the two to be kept if given the choice. I still believe that the DRAM division (Spec Tek) should be sold (perhaps it is too in the work?). The key point is that MUEI management has began to recognize that investors do not believe the holding of these two divisions are complement to the company core PC business. This company needs to focus on its PC business and starts to develop new market for its PCs, etc. Enough with this "diwursification" (sp?). Is that what Peter Lynch called it? Now that CM is sold, the company will have less leverage with regard to profit margin should the DRAM market continues to falter. I believe we will be in for some more turbulent rides ahead.
