All behavior is a choice, including homosexual behavior. Orientation is a more complex matter, which doesn't lend itself to simplistic polarized explanations like genetics vs environmental influence.
When you says homosexuality is a choice I ask if you had that choice and when did you make it.......who were you considering at the time........?.

..homosexual behaviour is common to homosexuals, a tautology

..your error is that you are confused on what comes first

..homosexual (birth), homosexual behaviour....(usually later)..

Word games. If for no other reason, homosexual behavior was not being discussed. As to orientation, it isn't all that complex. Some things we know. For example, parenting or familial environment plays no role. Neither does homosexual experience as a child. Nor is it a choice.

And, as I stated, genetics seem to be a large part of the equation, at least for men. There are differences in brain structure, for example. And two specific locations on the genome have been implicated in several studies. While not definitive, it seems the most likely.
