She can hold the office as long as the voters want her to. Of course, the state legislature could impeach her, but that's going to happen. After all, the voters of KY DID vote overwhelmingly to ban gay marriage. How long are you fascistic liberals willing to jail her? Activists flocking to a small (23K pop) E KY county prove their "marriages" are shams. No couple who want to get married for the sake of being married would travel to other states, to obscure little counties they never heard of, to make their wedding a stunt.
