Good morning NC...

The subject matter is the participation of company officials participating on public or private BB. The issue of company officials participating on BB is mentioned in section 6.12 of the National policy 51-201 disclosure standards document, amended May 31, 2013.What would be your position on company officials participating in public or private BB?

Helo4, what would you consider is the difference between a company official discussing a project with an investor over the phone or in person at an AGM or other such investor/company gathering in comparison to a company official participating through any form of social media (including investor forums) ?

Do you consider "best practice" guidelines apply equally to both or do you think one has greater restriction than the other?

Bob, the issue here is that CEO Duncan contravened NATIONAL POLICY 51-201 guidelines by posting on a public forum. Not only did he contravene the guidelines, he broke the rules of common sense too.

Stop trying to divert the discussion by introducing a different issue. Stay on topic Bob.
