Yes any company official could conceivably disclose non-public material information, anywhere, any time, by any means and they would be contravening the guidelines. It's an honour system. If somebody is not honourable then no guideline is going to stop that activity.

Hoov do you approve of the comments CEO Duncan made on Stockhouse in late 2013?

Of course you don't approve but you will now go to great lengths to avoid saying so.
