We should have left Saddam in power (removal of him approved by the full house incl. Clinton but excluding Obama) just as we should have left Ghadaffi in charge /removed by Obama with full support of Clinton), because those 2 guys were the major 'law-and-order' and gate keepers of the ME and North Africa. They were in control and keeping the flood gates between Africa and the ME closed.
