TK, - TNG Finances SA (Stephane's company), has re-iterated their Strong Buy List.

TNG Strong Buy List News

Micro-caps have been very affected during November and December. We
remain very confident, this trend will change early next year just after the "97 window dressing".

For those who have liquidities, we believe the timing is excellent for
accumulation. Otherwise, we recommend to be a little bit patient.

1997 has been an excellent year for the emerging markets. Many specialists are predicting 1998 as "year of smallcaps". We are sharing this opinion.

American Bingo & Gaming (Nasdaq: BNGO)
A bargain between $5 and $6! We still have a $20 target by the end of 1998.

On-Site Sourcing (Nasdaq: ONSS)
Also a bargain under $3. Still a "strong buy"!

New World Coffee & Bagels (Nasdaq: NWCI)
Certainly our favorite stock for the next year. In this industry, the major "key" is the management.

Once again thank you for trusting in our services.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
