The individuals who have ben named in the suit will be served by officer's of the court. Those who defend individuals who are named in the suit should be viewed by NAMX investors as either witting or unwitting parties to the conspiracy to defraud this company that ocurred between November,1997 and April, 1998. Judging by your last post which is false, I now place you squarely in the former group and therefore discount any posting that you make as being as tainted as those made by your cohort, Mr. Vann. bob, What happened to your Merry Christmas? This posts shows you are not digging far enough about defendants in the suit. Message 2999951 I already posted to you about the extent of my DD when I invested and also my DD to see where the e-mail you posted originated from. The ISP it was generated from serves Vancouver, BC as well as other parts of Canada. If the e-mail numbers are true I would like to know. But we really have no way of finding out except to wait for filings. And what do you know about my phone bill? If I call someone how will I know what they tell me is accurate? Until the accounting for filing is done does anyone really know? Maybe in the ball park? Why don't you call bob. I e-mailed gbest using the address on the e-mail you posted. No response yet bob!
