hoov let's stop playing games with semantics and having you take my comments out of context.

The bottom line is this: Duncan's posts on SH violated the spirit of NATIONAL POLICY 51-201. I suppose he doesn't think those policies should apply to him because if he did then he would have conducted himself in a more professional manner but he chose to post those egregious and disgraceful posts on SH in late 2013.

Without a doubt the CEO acted stupidly when he made those posts and you hoov are acting stupidly by trying to defend his reprehensible behaviour by playing games with semantics and taking comments out of context.

abused maybe Ruddy.The rules are guidelines to follow.Good corporate citizens would obviously follow them.Those that don't well maybe not good corporate players.I would follow and buy companies where the rules are followed not bent twisted or abused.End of story.I never seen Aubrey on the boards anywheres nor seen two retractions modifications on news in 6 months let alone ever.
