NATIONAL POLICY 51-201 is very specific about company officers and employees posting on public stock forums. You obviously need to read it again. Without a doubt CEO Duncan did not fully adhere to the spirit on 51-201. There is no question about it. The facts confirm it. You can say you are 1000 billion percent certain and you would still be wrong because you cannot change the facts and you cannot the change reality of what occurred.
