Did Margaret Sanger believe in white supremacy or just that Black People were inferior and one step up from a monkey?

Here is Margaret Sanger in her own words.

"The lower down in the scale of human development we go the less sexual control we find. It is said that the aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development, has so little sexual control that police authority alone prevents him from obtaining sexual satisfaction on the streets.' (Sanger, "What Every Girl Should Know" 1920, p. 47).

"Bottom line: Nowhere in any of Sanger's writings does she use the phrase "Human weeds"

This quote is from a New York Times interview in 1923 where she clearly uses the term. Who are these "defective stocks- those human weeds" that must be eliminated? see above...

“Birth control is not contraception indiscriminately and thoughtlessly practiced. It means the release and cultivation of the better racial elements in our society, and the gradual suppression, elimination and eventual extirpation of defective stocks–those human weeds which threaten the blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization.” (From this 1923 NYT story: goo.gl, quoted in this study: goo.gl

Sanger was a Eugenicist but she rejected the more moderate version of Eugenics which is known as "Positive Eugenics" in favor of a much darker and aggressive form known as "Negative Eugenics" merriam-webster.com

“The eugenists wanted to shift the birth control emphasis from less children for the poor to more children for the rich. We went back of that and sought first to stop the multiplication of the unfit. This appeared the most important and greatest step towards race betterment.” (From her biography: goo.gl
